If you do not know your password a password may be requested from the next page. It will be emailed to the billing email address then you may continue with the login procedure. Technical modifications may take up to 48 hours to take effect. Modifications to technical information are processed for a fee of EUR 10.

Request a change to your billing email address
If your currently listed billing email address has changed or is no longer available to you, send a request to .NU Domain Support to change the address for you, at support@nic.nu . For verification purposes, include the currently listed billing email address, password, domain owner name, postal address, and phone number.

Registrar to Registrar transfer requests
Please write to support@nic.nu to request a Registrar transfer request form. We will send notification of the request to process a Registrar transfer to the Registrar of record and if there are no objections the transfer will be completed after 5 days and you will be notified.
